Twin brothers Joey and Jeremy Zimmerman grew up working the family farm in Courtland, MN — which made them versatile, resourceful, and absolutely unafraid of hard work. They’ve brought that same farm-raised resolve to their construction careers, earning them decades-long praise for their boots-on-the-ground leadership, proactive problem-solving, and no-BS approach.

    Joey brings a hands-on, people-first approach to every project, helping teams and clients navigate complex build-outs with confidence and clarity. A graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, his construction career spans nearly three decades and has been shaped by growing up on a small dairy farm near Courtland, Minnesota. Joey is known for his boots-on-the-ground leadership and his ability to keep even complex projects moving forward smoothly.

    Married to his beautiful wife, Molly, and a proud dad to daughters Gabi and Dani, Joey brings the same hardworking mindset to both his career and his family life. Outside of work, he’s a diehard hunter and can often be found in the woods during the fall, recharging and embracing the outdoors.

    Jeremy oversees day-to-day operations and supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of their projects. A graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, he brings nearly three decades of construction experience and a steady, solutions-oriented leadership style rooted in grit, accountability, and follow-through.

    Married to his wife, Bethany, and a proud dad to son Chase and daughter Scarlett, Jeremy enjoys spending time outdoors and hunting in his spare time. At home, things stay lively with two Cavalier King Charles dogs and two Ragamuffin cats, proof that he is comfortable managing a full house on and off the jobsite.

    GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

    Randy leads field operations and mentors the superintendent team across active jobsites. His background includes decades of experience across residential and commercial construction, bringing deep field knowledge and a calm, steady presence to every project. Married with a son, Randy enjoys archery, motorcycles, and all things cars and trucks. He also stays busy keeping up with his two German Shorthair dogs, who make sure downtime never lasts too long.

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Zack oversees projects from early planning through completion, coordinating teams, timelines, and communication to keep work moving smoothly. Outside of work, Zack spends time with family and friends and hangs out with his dog, Buddy, who keeps life interesting and schedules flexible.

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Chrissy keeps the office and day-to-day operations running smoothly, bringing over 20 years of experience in administrative and executive support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and heading up north to her cabin. Camping, four-wheeling, and relaxing with her fiancé, Shane, and their two dogs, Maiya the Shorkie and Zoey the Puggle, are among her favorite ways to unwind. She also enjoys cards, board games, puzzles, and quiet cabin evenings.

    Hilary Unruh

    ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

    Hilary supports project planning, coordination, and execution alongside the project management team, helping keep schedules, details, and communication moving smoothly. She brings broad experience across multiple areas of construction, including FEMA projects and commercial tenant improvement work. Outside of work, Hilary enjoys crafting and DIY projects around her home, spending time with her family, shopping with her girls, and taking her dogs for walks through the park.

    Matt supports project managers with bidding, subcontractor coordination, field operations, and client communication. His background includes more than a decade of experience across construction, HVAC installation, home inspection, and retail management. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending weekends at his seasonal campsite, kayaking, and meeting new people each year, usually with a good conversation by the campfire involved.

    Clark Poppitz

    SUPERINTENDENT

    Clark leads jobsites with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality craftsmanship. His hands-on background spans nearly 30 years and includes owning and operating a drywall company and serving as a lead foreman. Married with family close by, Clark is a sports enthusiast, an honestly average golfer, and deeply involved in local baseball as president, coach, and manager of the Victoria Vics. Alongside his brother, he also helps run Poppitz Field in Victoria.
